My son had, dass Avoid scented lotions for babies. Try Lubriderm (which the doc gave my son). Please also use Ivory soap instead of another baby soaps, because they tend to dry skin.

I do not know know about its use in a baby, but it works for me, but I use the hands not sent Mary Kay Satin and body moisturizing lotion to keep my car very dry and itchy
